What we need is to find out who the victim was, who the officers were and what's happened between the incident and now. If the guy is in lock-up or a hospital somewhere, we can help him directly get the care he needs. If we have any video that can be used to identify the officers, we can drop it in the hands of Internal Investigations and the Daily Bugle. That should be enough to demand some kind of official investigation.
