I received word from a friend of mine that she had seen Scanner and Garrulous in Richmond, visiting politicians. I went there with Doug and Darcy and we learned they have been influencing politicians and staffers to pass a number of anti-mutant laws on the state level. We captured Scanner and Garrulous and they are now safely in the hands of SHIELD and we have undone the damage Garrulous did as good as possible.
