Dudes -- duuuuuudes. Okay, so here's what's up from my end. (I seriously meant to keep you guys totally informed and then, y'know. Got distracted. Sorry.)

- Got the go-ahead from the Prof re: doing renos on the family chapel at the north side of the lake (like, in Feb)
- Funding from Keller, Xavier, & Bowen made available (Namor, that stuff you mentioned re: gold or whatever, talk to me more)
- Renos started in March
- Prob be finished with renos in July/August
- Science equipment'll be delivered for labs in July
- Installation'll take place whenever the basic renos are done/we have more reliable electricity
- Reconsecrating the grounds'll happen in August (courtesy of Father Bowen)
- All the other stuff we'll need for the offices'll come in after the reconsecration
- You guys are setting up your own offices
- My office is better than yours

Other people have updates? Who've we got on this thing, anyway? I know I conned Darcy into desk duty...

So I got us maybe a medical peep, and MM's been doing paperwork, so we got legal setup. Darcy-L, how's your HR certs, I mean, if we need them could you have 'em, because I think it came up in a discussion MM and I had. Or that I dreamed about. Or something. IDEK.

Obvs we've vetted him already and we've got everything we need in the blueprints (yes, Topaz, there's a basement library section). But having somebody who actually knows construction and stuff to make sure we got it all right'll be the best. I'm virtually fistbumping you, D.

If you put her on HR stuff and I convince her to do up her hacking game with Doug, then... idk, either, man. We might need to acquire a minion for her. I thought you were kinda doing some HR stuff. You're better at people than me most of the time.

I'm the medical peep Kyle mentioned. I'll talk to him about some form of first aid fit out for any missions the group may go on but given the set up in the mansion, the majority of any trauma should still be handled there.

Topaz, I hope you won't mind me using your library from time to time. I like to read when I'm not being run off my feet.

I should have been more specific - people who have in the past mistreated books and done stupid things such as throwing them at other people will not be allowed in the library.
