Doug, remind me that I need to go over Sango with you at least in the next month. My French got me by this time but not understanding half of what is being said except by translator is a PITA.

I'm headed home in a day or two. I've managed to do some groundwork here but this one is going to take us a while. The local mutant population is suspicious as hell of anyone from outside their group and they're expecting some proof before they'll throw their lot in with us, or even give us a seat at the negotiating table.

This country has a lot of mineral wealth, and the little that was said to me seems to confirm they're starting to look at mutants as a possible resource as well.

We don't want another fucking Genosha on our hands.

How'd the neck go with this? Any problems?

The brace helped, although having to sleep upright sucks. They had questions but this needed doing. I need to find a better solution then knocking myself out with painkillers though. I’ve got some physio this week, and I’m pretty sure someone is gonna gripe at me for going too hard, too soon.
