Alex, you def weren't wrong about the holidays but EVEN I'm getting the cold shoulder from our usual non-holiday specific card list. Despite all the nice notes I sent.

The folks out midwest and west coast are still cool with me but being catty about each-other. I've copying some of the details, but it feels like more. The vibe there is that both are seeing new folks up and vanish without warning — one side blames poaching, the other is blaming the other's conductors. Like eggs have anything to do with this.

Weird thing is that I've got reports only now pinging in from the south and west about other known placements appearing out of nowhere and wanting help in local hospitals.
- A guy was found with no memory of surgery and more than a healthy chunk of his liver missing. (See appears_huh_v5.doc)
- One lady showed extremely anemic 'appearing as if she lost half her blood marrow.' (See appears_huh_v9.doc)
- A handful of kids with weird scars. (The other excel files)

Real gross. Don't open those files if you're eating. Should we send gift baskets? Thoughts on helping?

Jesus Christ. Okay. Kick the organ stuff over to the freaky spy guys. That's above our pay grade. Get some background checks redone, see if anyone's recently come into some mysterious money or something. Figure out where these people disappeared from and push hard on that angle. If a whole person goes missing from your house, you notice it, but no one's reported any runaways that I know of. I'll check in with the head honcho Underground people.
