Forgive me for using my old access to address this here, but I wasn't sure where else to put it:

Arthur Centino is going to need additional assistance with his recovery.

When I take marrow it depletes the donor's physical reserves and natural immune response. In most cases full recovery is achieved within a few days, but if you then become ill or injured you're starting below par. Without appropriate medical support you can end up in a very deep hole indeed. At the very least a compromised immune system will leave him especially vulnerable to opportunistic infection.

Whilst my own preference for such situations is to simply borrow a healing factor I appreciate that this option is not available to everyone. I don't suppose anyone happens to be in contact with a healer? I know Clarice is on holiday, but they needn't even come here in person; that is a powerset with which I have had previous experience, and if they're willing to send a blood sample I can simply copy it. I will happily cover the cost of venipuncture and expedited shipping.

I don't consider a condition caused as a consequence of my own mutation to be especially personal. And to your point, I brought it to general attention because the right connexion will enable me to remediate it. I can borrow other mutations through blood donation, among other mechanisms.

And also, maybe consider he might not wanna see you if you munched on him. Which, no judgement cause again, brainwashing, but just from a trauma standpoint. Maybe. Arthur owes me nothing, least of all his time. In truth I've no idea the details of his actual condition; I was told only that he is unwell. My apologies if I acted in haste. As you might imagine I have a vested interest in his prognosis.

The why of it, however, is a predictable and well-documented result of my own condition. In light of recent events I feel these details are worth disclosing.

Never said he owed you anything. But you volunteered to yoink a healing ability from someone. Given it came right after you mentioned Arthur's sitch, seemed like you were gonna try and heal him or something. He might not wanna see your face.

As far as I can tell, he didn't say anything that anyone who knows how his powers work doesn't already know.

The delivery method is questionable, but the intent was harmless. And it's done now, so continuing to debate it seems like a waste of time.
