There are no alligators or ninja turtles in the sewers of Manhattan, but there is a group of mutants calling themselves Morlocks. A group of well-armed (and well-trained) humans was trying to destroy them. They've been stopped, but we need more intel on these people and the police were hella slow showing up. X-Force? X-Factor? Think you guys can assist?

Also, is it bad when my reaction to being attacked with rats and tasers is "oh, good" and I'm not even being sarcastic?

Looks like this got a lot more serious... No news reports on a scow full of bodies, so someone must have cleaned up after themselves. Or has friends in the force.

Doug, do you still have that burner phone Sue gave you? It might not be connected with these arseholes, but it seems off to have two separate groups attacking these poor bastards at the same time. I'll head down to the docks and see if I can find anything traceable. Fingers crossed the CCTV cameras were actually working.
